GM: Section inro

Welcome to Growth Model Design Project 🌟

In this project, you'll learn how to identify right northstar metric at PMF, early & mature scaling and build a mathematical growth model to drive ruthless prioritisation across the org. You will do 5 clear things:

  • Identify the north star metric for your product
  • Build a mathematical growth equation to achieve the north star
  • Collate the current metrics and establish a nuke scenario
  • Calculate the incremental growth based on your growth model
  • Learn how to present your growth model in a structured manner💡

Which product should you pick?

Pick only and only your product, the one you work on day in and day out. If you aren't working on a product, pick your previous product. CRAFTs are designed to help you transform, period.

Go through each section mentioned below. By the end of it, you would have a solid understanding your north star metric, growth equation and the growth levers to optimise for to achieve your north star metric.

How to go about this project?

This project is divided into 6 sections. Each section has a separate brief. The ideal flow would be to complete watching a module, and then completing the project section for it. Doing this in a progressive manner would help.
